Open Focus can be incredibly powerful when a group engages in it together. We offer regular introductory sessions for anyone new to the practice and weekly group sessions on Fridays for those who have completed the intro session.

Open Focus Fridays
Sessions meet via Zoom each Friday, from 12:00pm – 12:50pm Pacific.
Each week of the month features a different theme:
- First Friday: Dissolving Pain
- Second Friday: Sports & Performance
- Third Friday: Relationships
- Fourth Friday: Deep Rest
- Fifth Friday (when applicable): Mini Sessions Series
While we’ll focus on the general theme each week, sessions will be tailored to the group’s unique needs.
All participants will also receive a link to the recorded session for future use.
Cost
- Your FIRST Open Focus Friday session is free!
- One-off or Drop-in sessions are $25/each.
- Monthly subscriptions are $75/month, which enables you to attend all Open Focus Friday sessions, as well as receive the recorded session even if you can’t attend
